Our hair can be dyed, bleached, and heat styled to your preference. For best results, we recommend professional customization to maintain the integrity and quality of the hair.

Some of our wigs are beginner-friendly and ready to wear, while others may require light customization to achieve a seamless, natural look.
At this time, we do not offer custom wig services.

Orders are processed within 2–5 business days. Once shipped, delivery typically takes 3–7 business days within the United States.
Tracking information is provided via email once your order has been shipped.

We accept returns only on items that are unworn, unused, and in their original condition.
Due to hygiene and quality standards, we do not accept returns on worn, altered, or tampered items. All approved returns must meet our return requirements and be requested within the specified timeframe.

To preserve the luxury quality of your hair, we recommend keeping it clean and moisturized. Protect your hair at night using a silk or satin scarf or bonnet to maintain softness and longevity.
