Our raw hair can be professionally bleached up to 613, dyed to your desired color, and heat styled to create any look you desire while maintaining its luxurious feel. At Cadane Luxe Hair, every order is carefully prepared to ensure it meets our premium quality standards. Orders are processed within 2–5 business days. Once your order has been shipped, delivery typically takes 5–8 business days within the United States.

As soon as your order is on its way, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking information, allowing you to monitor your package every step of the way.

At Cadane Luxe Hair, we take pride in providing premium-quality luxury raw hair. Due to the hygienic nature of our products and our commitment to maintaining the highest quality standards, we accept returns only on items that are unworn, unused, unaltered, and in their original condition, with all original packaging and security ties intact.

Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, the hair must not have been installed, brushed excessively, washed, cut, colored, bleached, chemically treated, or otherwise tampered with. Any item that shows signs of use or has had its security ties removed will not qualify for a return or refund.

Because many of our products are pre-order items and are specially sourced for each customer, all sales are considered final unless you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item. If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos so we can review your claim and resolve the issue promptly.

Once your return request is approved, return instructions will be provided. Returned items that do not meet our return policy requirements may be refused and returned to the sender.
